65. hadíth
وَ قَالَ اَلصَّادِقُ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: "مَنْ تَزَوَّجَ اِمْرَأَةً وَ لَمْ يَنْوِ أَنْ يُوَفِّيَهَا صَدَاقَهَا فَهُوَ عِنْدَ اَللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ زَانٍ ".
Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (a.s) said: "Whoever marries a woman and does not intend to pay her dowry is, in the sight of Allah (swt), the Almighty and Glorious, considered a fornicator."
