1370. hadíth
وَ- رَوَى الْعَلَاءُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الرَّهْنِ وَ الْكَفِيلِ فِي بَيْعِ النَّسِيئَةِ قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ.
Al-Ala narrated from Muhammad ibn Muslim who report from one of Imams (a.s): I asked Imam (a.s) about pledging collateral (Rahn) and having a guarantor (Kafil) in a deferred payment sale. Imam (a.s) said: "There is no harm in it."
