Mu'awiyah ibn Ammar narrated from Abu Abdillah (a.s) who said: I said to him, "A man owes me a right but denies it, and then he entrusts me with some money. Is it permissible for me to take my due from it?" Imam (a.s) said: "No, that would be betrayal."
