1528. hadíth
وَ رَوَى اَلْحَسَنُ بْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ يَقُولُ: «لَيْسَ اَلْخُمُسُ إِلاَّ فِي اَلْغَنَائِمِ خَاصَّةً ».
Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Abdullah ibn Sinan, who said: I heard Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (a.s) say: "Khums is only applicable to spoils of war specifically."
