Chapter on the Mutual Inheritance of a Man and a Woman Whom He Marries and Then Divorces During His Illness

703. hadíth

Hammad narrated from Al-Halabi, from Abu Abdullah (a.s), who was asked about a man who is on his deathbed and divorces his wife - whether his divorce is valid. Imam (a.s) said: "Yes, it is valid, and she will inherit from him. However, if she dies, he does not inherit from her."
