289. hadíth
Ali ibn Al-Hakam narrated from Abu Al-Maghra, from Abu Basir, from Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (a.s) who said: "If a Muslim kills a Christian and the family of the Christian wishes to execute him, they may do so, but they must pay the difference between the two blood monies (diyyahs)."
