939. hadíth
وَ رَوَى طَلْحَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: فِي رَجُلٍ أَعْتَقَ بَعْضَ مَمْلُوكِهِ قَالَ "هُوَ حُرٌّ كُلُّهُ لَيْسَ لِلَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ شَرِيكٌ".
It is narrated by Talhah bin Zayd, from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (a.s) from his father, Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (a.s), peace be upon him, regarding a man who freed part of his slave. Imam (a.s) said: "He is completely free; there is no partner with Allah (swt), the Almighty."
