462. hadíth

رَوَى أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ الْبَزَنْطِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ عَنِ الْعَبْدِ الصَّالِحِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ: قُلْتُ لَهُ الْجَارِيَةُ الشَّابَّةُ الَّتِي لَا تَحِيضُ وَ مِثْلُهَا تَحِيضُ طَلَّقَهَا زَوْجُهَا قَالَ عِدَّتُهَا ثَلَاثَةُ أَشْهُرٍ.

Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Abi Nasr Al-Bazanti narrated from Abdul Karim ibn Amr, from Muhammad ibn Hakim, from the Righteous Servant (Imam Musa ibn Jafar Al-Kadhim (a.s)). He said: I asked him about a young girl who does not menstruate, though others like her do menstruate, and her husband divorces her. Imam (a.s) said: "Her waiting period is three months."
