1348. hadíth
وَ إِنَّ عَلِيّاً عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ ضَمَّنَ رَجُلاً مُسْلِماً أَصَابَ خِنْزِيراً لِنَصْرَانِيٍّ قِيمَتَهُ".
Indeed, Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (a.s) held a Muslim man liable to pay the value of a pig that belonged to a Christian, which he had harmed.
