Hammad ibn Isa narrated from Ribi, who reported from Abu Abdillah (a.s): Regarding a man who sells fruits and then excludes a specific measure (a portion) of dates, Imam (a.s) said: "There is no harm in it." It was mentioned that one of his servants was sitting with him, and the servant said: "He indeed sells and excludes certain measures (Awsaq)" - referring to Abu Abdillah (a.s). Imam (a.s) then looked at him and did not disapprove of what he had said.
