Al-Halabi narrated from Abu Abdullah (a.s) regarding a Muhrim wearing a buttoned taylasan (cloak). Imam (a.s) said: "Yes, as stated in the book of Imam Ali (a.s): 'Do not wear a taylasan until you undo its buttons.' He also said: 'It was disliked only out of concern that an ignorant person might button it while wearing it. As for someone knowledgeable, there is no harm in wearing it.'"
