Chapter on Sacrificial Offerings

1283. hadíth

Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (a.s) said: "The Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) commanded us regarding sacrifices that we examine the eyes and ears of the animal and avoid one that is defective in the ears, such as being torn, slit, cut from the front, or cut from the back."
