1153. hadíth

Harun ibn Hamzah al-Ghanawi narrated from Abu Abdullah (a.s) regarding a man who died without performing the Hajj of Islam and left behind only enough wealth for the expenses of Hajj, and he had heirs. Imam (a.s) said: "They have the greater right to his inheritance. If they wish, they may use it for themselves, and if they wish, they may perform Hajj on his behalf."
