Chapter on What Has Been Reported Regarding a Woman Whose Husband Prevents Her From Performing the Obligatory Hajj or a Voluntary Hajj

1143. hadíth

Aban narrated from Zurara, from Abu Ja'far (a.s), who said: I asked him about a woman who has a husband, has not performed Hajj before (ṣarūra), and her husband does not permit her to go for Hajj. Imam (a.s) said: "She should perform Hajj, even if he does not permit her."
