Book of Fasting

Chapter on the Etiquettes of the Fasting Person, What Invalidates the Fast, and What Does Not Invalidate it

105. hadíth

It was narrated from Mansur ibn Hazim that he said: "I asked Abu Abdullah (a.s) about a man who places a date seed in his mouth while fasting. Imam (a.s) said: 'No.' I then asked: 'What about placing a ring?' Imam (a.s) said: 'Yes.'"
