228. hadíth

Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (a.s) said: "Whoever performs the ghusl (ritual bath) for Jumu’ah and then says: Ashhadu an lā ilāha illā Allāh waḥdahu lā sharīka lah, wa anna Muḥammadan ‘abduhu wa rasūluh. Allāhumma ṣalli ‘alā Muḥammad wa āli Muḥammad, wa aj‘alnī mina al-tawwābīn wa aj‘alnī mina al-mutaṭahhirīn "I bear witness that there is no god but Allah (swt), alone without any partner, and that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger. O’ Allah (swt), bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, and make me among those who turn in repentance and make me among those who purify themselves," It will serve as purification for them from (this) Jumu’ah to (next) Jumu’ah.'
