898 / 3 - حدثنا محمد بن عمر الحافظ البغدادي، قال: حدثني محمد بن الحسين بن حفص، قال: حدثني محمد بن هارون أبو إسحاق الهاشمي المنصوري، قال: حدثنا القاسم بن الحسين الزبيدي، قال: حدثنا يحيى بن عبد الحميد، قال: حدثنا قيس بن الربيع، عن أبي هارون، عن أبي سعيد، قال: لما كان يوم غدير خم أمر رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله) مناديا فنادى الصلاة جامعة، فأخذ بيد علي (عليه السلام)، وقال: اللهم من كنت مولاه فعلي مولاه، اللهم وال من والاه وعاد من عاداه. فقال حسان بن ثابت: يا رسول الله، أقول في علي شعرا؟ فقال له رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله): افعل. فقال: يناديهم يوم الغدير نبيهم * * بخم وأكرم بالنبي مناديا يقول فمن مولاكم ووليكم * * فقالوا ولم يبدوا هناك التعاديا إلهك مولانا وأنت ولينا * * ولن تجدن منا لك اليوم (2) عاصيا فقال له قم يا علي فإنني * * رضيتك من بعدي إماما وهاديا فقام علي أرمد العين يبتغي * * لعينيه مما يشتكيه مداويا فداواه خير الناس منه بريقه (3) * * فبورك مرقيا وبورك راقيا (4)
Muhammad b. `Umar al-Hafith al-Baghdadi narrated to us. He said: Muhammad b. al-Husayn b. Hafs narrated to me. He said: Muhammad b. Harun Abu Ishaq al-Hamadani al-Mansuri narrated to me. He said: Al-Qasim b. al-Husayn al-Zubaydi narrarted to us He said: Yahya b `Abd al-Hamid narrated to us He said: Qays b. al-Rabi` narrated to us from Abi Harun from Abi Sa`id. He said: On the Day of Ghadir Khumm, the Messenger of Allah (s) ordered a caller to call out for a congregational prayer. Then, he took the hand of `Ali (as) and said: O Allah! To whomever I am a Master, `Ali is his Master. O Allah! Align with those who align with him and oppose those who oppose him. Then, Hassan b. Thabit said: O Messenger of Allah! Shall I recite a poem about `Ali? So, the Messenger of Allah (s) said: Do so. So, he said: Their Prophet calls them on the Day of Ghadir In Khumm, the Prophet was graced with a caller who said: “Who is your Master and your Ally?” So, they said, without any hostility there: “Your God is our Master, and you are our Ally, And you will not find us disobedient to you.” So, he said to him: “Stand, `Ali, for I am pleased with you as an Imam and a guide after me.” `Ali stood ill with eye conjunctivitis, Seeking treatment for his complaint, Then the best of people cured him with a prayer, So, blessed is the cured and the curer.

899 / 1 - حدثنا الشيخ الجليل أبو جعفر محمد بن علي بن الحسين بن موسى ابن بابويه القمي (رضي الله عنه)، قال: حدثنا أبي (رضي الله عنه)، قال: حدثنا سعد بن عبد الله، عن أحمد بن محمد بن عيسى، عن الحسين بن سعيد، عن محمد بن أبي عمير، عن عمر بن أذنية، عن زرارة، عن أبي جعفر الباقر (عليه السلام)، قال: قال رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله): إذا زالت الشمس فتحت أبواب السماء وأبواب الجنان، واستجيب الدعاء، فطوبى لمن رفع له عند ذلك عمل صالح (1).
Abu Ja`far Muhammad b. `Ali b. al-Husayn b. Musa b. Babuwayh al-Qummi (ra) narrated to us. He said: My father (ra) narrated to us. He said: Sa`d b. `Abdullah narrated to us from Ahmad b. Muhammad b. `Isa from al-Husayn b. Sa`id from Muhammad b. Abi `Umayr from `Umar b. Udhayna from Zurara from Abi Ja`far al-Baqir (as). He said: The Messenger of Allah (sw) said: When the Sun sets, the gates of heaven and Paradise open and the supplications are accepted. So, blessed is he whose good deeds are lifted at that.
900 / 2 - وبهذا الاسناد، عن الحسين بن سعيد، عن أيمن بن محرز، عن محمد بن الفضيل، عن أبي حمزة الثمالي، عن أبي جعفر (عليه السلام)، قال: ما من عبد من شيعتنا يقوم إلى الصلاة إلا اكتفنته بعدد من خالفه ملائكة يصلون خلفه يدعون الله له حتى يفرغ من صلاته (2).
By this isnad from al-Husayn b. Sa`id from Ayman b. Mahraz from Muhammad b. al-Fadl from Abu Hamza al-Thumali from Abi Ja`far (as). He said: There is not a worshiper from our Shi`a except that when he rises to pray, there is an angel for every person that opposes him praying behind him and supplicating to Allah on his behalf until he completes his prayer.
901 / 3 - حدثنا محمد بن الحسن بن أحمد بن الوليد (رضي الله عنه)، قال: حدثنا محمد بن الحسن الصفار، عن إبراهيم بن هاشم، عن الحسن بن محبوب، عن سعد بن طريف، قال: حدثني عمير بن مأمون العطاردي، قال: رأيت الحسن بن علي (عليه السلام) يقعد في مجلسه حين يصلي الفجر حتى تطلع الشمس، وسمعته يقول: سمعت رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله) يقول: من صلى الفجر ثم جلس في مجلسه يذكر الله عزوجل حتى تطلع الشمس، ستره الله عزوجل من النار، ستره الله عزوجل من النار، ستره الله عزوجل من النار (1).
Muhammad b. al-Hasan b. Ahmad b. al-Walid (ra) narrated to us. He said: Muhammad b. al-Hasan al-Saffar narrated to us from Ibrahim b. Hashim from al-Hasan b. Mahbub from Sa`d b. Turayf. He said: `Umayr b. Ma'mun al-`Ataridi narrated to me. He said: I saw al-Hasan b.Ali (as) sit in his place after praying Fajr until sunrise. I heard him say: I heard the Messenger of Allah (s) say: “He who prays Fajr and sits in his place remembering Allah until sunrise, Allah will shield him from the Fire, Allah will shield him from the Fire, Allah will shield him from the Fire.”
4 - حدثنا محمد بن موسى بن المتوكل (رحمه الله)، قال: حدثنا علي بن إبراهيم، عن أبيه، عن محمد بن أبي عمير، عن حماد بن عثمان، عمن سمع أبا سيار يقول: سمعت أبا عبد الله الصادق (عليه السلام) يقول: حاء جبرئيل (عليه السلام) إلى يوسف (عليه السلام) وهو في السجن، فقال: قل في دبر كل صلاة مفروضة: اللهم اجعل لي فرجا ومخرجا، وارزقني من حيث احتسب ومن حيث لا احتسب، ثلاث مرات (2).
Muhammad b. Musa b. al-Mutawakkil (rh) narrated to us. He said: `Ali b. Ibrahim narrated to us from his father from Muhammad b. Abi `Umayr from Hammad b. `Uthman from one who heard Aba Sayyar say: I heard Aba `Abdillah al-Sadiq (as) say: Gabriel (as) came to Yusuf (as) when he was in prison and said: “After every obligatory prayer, say: ‘O Allah! Grant me relief and deliverance and give me sustenance from where I expect and from where I do not expect (Allahummaj`al li farajan wa makhrajan warzuqni min haythu ahtasibu wa man haythu la ahtasib)’ three times.”
5 - حدثنا أبي (رضي الله عنه)، قال: حدثنا الحسن بن أحمد المالكي، قال: حدثنا منصور بن العباس، عن محمد بن أبي عمير، عن هشام بن سالم، عن زيد الشحام، عن أبي عبد الله الصادق (عليه السلام)، قال: من قرأ في الركعتين الاوليين من صلاة الليل ستين مرة (قل هو الله أحد) في كل ركعة ثلاثين مرة، انفتل وليس بينه وبين الله عزوجل ذنب (3).
My father (ra) narrated to us. He said: Al-Hasan b. Ahmad al-Maliki narrated to us. He said: Mansur b. al-`Abbas narrated to us from Muhammad b. Abi `Umayr from Hisham b. Salim from Zayd al-Shahham from Abi `Abdillah al-Sadiq (as). He said: Whoever recites qul huwallahu ahad sixty times in the first two units of the night prayer (salat al-layl) – thirty times in each unit – he will be left with no sins between him and Allah.
6 - حدثنا أحمد بن محمد بن يحيى العطار (رضي الله عنه)، قال: حدثنا سعد ابن عبد الله، عن سلمة بن الخطاب، عن أيوب بن سليم العطار، عن إسحاق بن بشر الكاهلي، عن سالم الافطس، عن سعيد بن جبير، عن ابن عباس، قال: قال رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله): من دخل السوق فاشترى تحفة فحملها إلى عياله، كان كحامل صدقة إلى قوم محاويج، وليبدأ بالاناث قبل الذكور، فإن من فرح ابنة فكأنما أعتق رقبة من ولد إسماعيل، ومن أقر بعين ابن فكأنما بكى من خشية الله عز وجل، ومن بكى من خشية الله عز وجل أدخله الله جنات النعيم (1).
Ahmad b. Muhammad b. Yahya al-`Attar (ra) narrated to us. He said: Sa`d b. `Abdullah narrated to us from Salama b. al-Khattab from Ayyub b. Sulaym al-`Attar from Ishaq b. Bishr al-Kahili from Salim al-Aftas from Sa`id b. Jubayr from Ibn `Abbas. He said: The Messenger of Allah (s) said: He who enters the market, buys a gift, and brings it to his family is like one who brings charity to a needy people. He should start with the females before the males, for he who gladdens his daughter is like one who frees a slave from the Children of Isma`il. He who gladdens the eye of his son is like one who weeps out of humility before Allah; and whoever weeps out of humility before Allah, Allah will enter him into the Paradise of Bliss.
7 - حدثنا علي بن عيسى (رضي الله عنه)، قال: حدثنا علي بن محمد ماجيوليه، عن أحمد بن أبي عبد الله البرقي، عن أبيه، عن وهب بن وهب القرشي، عن الصادق جعفر بن محمد، عن أبيه، عن جده (عليهم السلام)، قال: قال رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله): إن جبرئيل (عليه السلام) أخبرني بأمر قرت به عيني وفرح له قلبي، قال: يا محمد من غزا غزاة في سبيل الله من أمتك، فما أصابته قطرة من السماء أو صداع إلا كانت له شهادة (2) يوم القيامة (3).
Ali b. `Isa (ra) narrated to us. He said: `Ali b. Muhammad Majiluwayh narrated to us from Ahmad b. Abi `Abdillah al-Barqi from his father from Wahb b. Wahb al-Qurashi from al-Sadiq Ja`far b. Muhammad from his father from his grandfather (as). He said: The Messenger of Allah (s) said: Surely, Gabriel (as) informed me of something that gladdened my eye and brought happiness to my heart. He said: “O Muhammad! Whoever from your Nation goes to war in the cause of Allah, no drop from the sky and no headache will afflict him except that it will be [counted] as [a reward for] martyrdom for him on the Day of Resurrection.”
8 - وبهذا الاسناد، قال رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله): للجنة باب يقال له باب المجاهدين، يمضون إليه، فإذا هو مفتوح، وهم متقلدون سيوفهم - والجمع في الموقف - والملائكة ترحب بهم، فمن ترك الجهاد ألبسه الله ذلا في نفسه، وفقرا في معيشته، ومحقا في دينه، إن الله تبارك وتعالى أعز امتي بسنابك خيلها ومراكز رماحها (4).
By this isnad. The Messenger of Allah (s) said: In Paradise there is a gate called “the Gate of the Strivers (bab al-mujahidin).” They will go to it. When it is open, they will be armed with their swords, and they will be gathered at the stand while the angels welcome them. Whoever abandons jihad, Allah will gown him in humiliation from himself, poverty in his livelihood, and the effacement of his religion. Surely, Allah has given glory to my Nation through the hooves of horses and the posts of spears.
9 - وبهذا الاسناد، قال: قال رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله): من بلغ رسالة غاز كان كمن أعتق رقبة، وهو شريكه في باب غزوته (5).
By its isnad. He said: The Messenger of Allah (s) said: He who informs [the Muslims] of an attack is like one who has freed a slave.
