862. hadíth
"لاَ صَدَقَةَ وَ ذُو رَحِمٍ مُحْتَاجٌ".
The Prophet (saws) said; "There is no charity while a close relative is in need." (needy relatives have a bigger right over the money that was to be given in charity elsewhere)
