71. hadíth
وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ أَنَّ عَلِيّاً عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ: "لَيْسَ عَلَى زَانٍ عُقْرٌ وَ لاَ عَلَى مُسْتَكْرَهَةٍ حَدٌّ".
In the narration of Talhah ibn Zayd from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (a.s) from his father, Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (a.s), it is reported that Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (a.s) said: "There is no compensation (Uqr) upon a fornicator, and there is no punishment upon a woman who was coerced (mukraha)."
