624. hadíth
Muhammad ibn Sulayman Al-Daylami narrated from his father, who narrated from Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (a.s). He said: I asked Imam (a.s) about a man who donates part of his house to a stranger and then dies. Imam (a.s) replied: "It should be appraised for its value, and its price should be given to him."
