379. hadíth
Wuhayb ibn Hafs narrated from Abu Basir, who narrated from Abu Abdullah (a.s), who said: I asked Imam (a.s) about a boy who entered the house of some people to play and fell into their well. Are they liable? Imam (a.s) said: "They are not liable, but if they are accused (of negligence or wrongdoing), then they are liable."
