Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Ali ibn Abi Hamzah, from Abu Basir, from Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (a.s) who said: "The Aqilah (male relatives responsible for blood money) is not liable for intentional acts, nor for confessions, nor for settlements."
