Some people have informed us that it is equal to one Hajj and one ‘Umrah.” Imam (a.s.) replied: Do not be surprised by all of these rewards. Rather, go to his Ziyārah and do not abandon him, for verily he is the Master of the Martyrs and he is the Master of the Youth of Paradise. Yaḥyā ibn Zakariyyā (a.s.) is similar to Ḥusain (a.s.) and the heavens and the earth wept (only) over the two of them. The above Ḥadīth has also been narrated to me through the following chains: A) My father, and Muḥammad ibn Ḥasan ibn Walīd, both from Muḥammad ibn Ḥasan Al-Saffār, from ‘Abdil Samad ibn Muḥammad, from Ḥanān ibn Sadīr, from Abī ‘Abdillāh (a.s.). (When the Commander of the Believers (a.s.) saw him), he smiled in a way that one could see his teeth. Then he (the Commander of the Believers (a.s.)) said: Allāh has mentioned some people in the Qur’an by saying, “Neither did the heavens weep over them, nor the earth, nor were they granted respite” (44:29).
