292. hadíth Majlisī: موثق

1- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ كَانَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) يَحْبِسُ الرَّجُلَ إِذَا الْتَوَى عَلَى غُرَمَائِهِ ثُمَّ يَأْمُرُ فَيَقْسِمُ مَالَهُ بَيْنَهُمْ بِالْحِصَصِ فَإِنْ أَبَى بَاعَهُ فَيَقْسِمُ يَعْنِي مَالَهُ.

1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Faddal from ‘Ammar who has said the following: “Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ‘Amir al-Mu’minin (a.s.), would keep in custody a procrastinating debtor; then command to distribute his assets among his creditors proportionate to their shares, and if he (the debtor) disagreed, he (the Imam) sold his assets, then distributed it among his creditors.’”
