The Book of Belief and Disbelief

Love for the Sake of Allah and Hate for the Sake of Allah

427. hadíth Majlisī:

2. Ibn Mahbub has narrated from Malik ibn ‘Atiyah from Sa’id al-A’raj from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following: “The strongest ring of belief to hold onto is to love for the sake of Allah and hate for the sake of Allah, to give for the sake of Allah and deny for the sake of Allah.”
